MISSION OF GALLERY LEV SHAELM

Gallery Lev Shalem, within the Woodstock Jewish Congregation, opened in June 2008. The mission of Gallery Lev Shalem is to enrich the experience of all members and visitors to the synagogue through presenting a series of art exhibitions that reflect Jewish themes or values. The exhibitions represent diverse expressions from visual artists in and beyond our Congregation.

Our goals for Gallery Lev Shalem include: to showcase creative talents and to raise funds to further the life of the Congregation. A portion of the sale of each of these works will be given to the Congregation.

Exhibitions include solo and group shows, as well as rotating works from the WJC collection. Sales are facilitated through the artist or the WJC office.

The Gallery Lev Shalem art committee is accepting submissions from artists who would like to be considered for either group or solo shows. Please see Submission Guidelines.

Over the years, the Woodstock Jewish Congregation has been gifted many works of art for its collection. If you have donated art in the past, or would like to in the future, please click here for Donation Form.

The Gallery is open to the public from 12-5 Mondays through Thursdays, Fridays from 12-4, and Sundays by arrangement.

Please call 845-679-2218 or email info@wjcshul.org.
