IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER 

In the case of inclement weather or to notify you in case of a Family School closing or cancellation please follow these guidelines:

The cancellations.com website can alert you to school and synagogue closings. If for any reason we will not be holding Family School this website service will send you an alert via email that we will be closing.  In order for you to receive these alerts you must sign on as a subscriber.  This is a free service and the sign up procedure is very simple.

Go to the Website: www.cancellations.com - click on the free sign up and give the website your email address and our zip code - 12498.

You should receive emails anytime there is a cancellation from WJC once you are signed up.  

In addition, please note that for weekday Family School classes we will be following the Saugerties school closings.  Anytime the Saugerties school system is cancelled or is closing early due to weather we will be cancelling school. 

Also, please check WDST radio station.  Anytime there is a cancellation or early closing we will be listed on this station.   Please listen to station 101.1 FM/Radio Woodstock if you are unsure about the weather. 

Finally we will do our best to also notify and update our families via email.  It is essential that you give us an email address where you can be sent important information.   See enclosed form with a place for you to give us this information.
