We are pleased to present one of our occasional series of brunches sponsored by the WJC Membership Committee. Rabbi Jonathan will speak about “Jewish Values in Troubled Times.” How are Jews to respond when a president supports Israel as vigorously as Donald Trump does, yet is cruel and immoral in so many of his dealings? The prime Jewish value of supporting Israel appears to be in conflict with other key Jewish values supporting justice, honesty and kindness. Discussion will follow the presentation.
All are welcome, bring a veggie/dairy dish to share if you are able, and enjoy the food provided by the WJC Membership Committee, our event organizers. Monetary donations are also welcome.
