Weekday Elul Learning

During the month of Elul, it is customary to do some extra study and to hear the shofar every weekday.

As we have done for the past few years, we will expand our offering of study beyond Monday’s Shtickele Toyrah to include Tuesday-Friday at 9:00am for approximately 15 minutes.

We invite you to offer your wisdom about the High Holidays, the theme of teshuvah (turning away from choices that can harm yourself or others), the foods you share on the holidays (and break the Yom Kippur fast with), the music you love, your insights into the Torah and haftorah we hear on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the seven Haftarot of Consolation we hear in the weeks leading up to Rosh Hashanah…your friends in the congregation will be interested in whatever you choose to teach.

Please choose a day (or more) when you can come and share your wisdom with the community:
