    Yoga with a Full Heart with Susan Blacker

    WJC's Yoga With A Full Heart

    Blending a gentle yoga class with Jewish wisdom to create a unique experience deepening our connection to body, mind and spirit. This four class series will be infused with aspects of Jewish practice: Morning Blessing, Our Hidden Light, Hineni(Here I Am), Finding Our Essential Self, and Sh'ma - Listening to Our Deepest Voice.

    All are welcome to this gentle class. Chair alternatives will be offered. This will be a unique yoga experience touched by Jewish blessing.

    Susan Blacker is a certified Kripalu instructor since 2002 specializing in therapeutic yoga for seniors. Susan currently teaches 2 weekly classes for the Woodstock Senior Recreation Program and offers gentle yoga classes through Lifetime Learning Institute at Bard College. Susan is excited to weave together the beauty of Judaism with the practice of yoga to see where it might lead us.
