Crystal Alchemy Sound Meditation

new draft excerpt (for email):

Crystal Alchemy Sound Meditation

Saturday, December 10, 7pm
In person and online

Terry Eldh, sound healer and Reiki Master, will lead us in deeply restorative sound meditations. The frequencies of her crystal alchemy singing bowls create powerful resonances that permeate our bodies at the cellular level, slow our brainwaves into Theta and Delta states, and allow us to drop into a deeply restful state where healing can occur.

Terry Eldh leads deeply restorative crystal alchemy sound meditations. Terry is a sound healer and Reiki Master, who is blessed to combine her two passions – music and healing, from her singing career (opera, and on Broadway in The Phantom of the Opera) with her healing skills.

Her meditations are enjoyed in wellness programs, spiritual communities, and by individuals.

Terry recently played alchemy singing bowls in concert, along with a 50-voice choir, organ and soloist, in a piece she commissioned from composer Ed Thompson, conducted by Constance Chase, conductor of the West Point Glee Club.

The sound bath that Terry is offering includes the other-worldly, beautiful sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls. The frequencies of these interdimensional healing instruments create powerful resonances that permeate our bodies at the cellular level, slow our brainwaves into Theta and Delta states, and allow us to drop into a deeply restful state where healing can occur. The artistry and craftsmanship of the alchemy singing bowls are unsurpassed, and they are widely considered the ‘creme-de- la-creme’ among the sound healing community. Made by Crystal Tones, they are infused with gemstones, precious metals and minerals, each with their own energetic signature that joins with that of the quartz crystal.

To get the most out of this session, if on Zoom: find a place in your home where you can be very comfortable, and where you won’t be distracted, perhaps your bedroom. Inform roommates and loved ones that you will be busy for the next hour, and close the door. Using headphones with your laptop or tablet is helpful when possible, though they are not required. Please adjust your volume at the very beginning of the session, as different devices will require different volume levels. An eye pillow or scarf to block any ambient light can enhance the experience, and your pillow and a blanket can add even more comfort.
