Jewish Mindfulness/Heartfulness Practice Group

with Rabbi Jeff Roth & Gail Albert, PhD

Monday Evenings (7-8:30 pm) beginning april 24

Woodstock Jewish Congregation

Fees: Free and open to all

The practice of mindfulness/heartfulness is to pay clear loving attention to what is arising in the here and now of each moment of life. It is a practice of awakened attention to life as opposed to the usual “automatic” mode we often times find ourselves using as we sleep-wall through life. The practice is greatly supported by being part of a practice community which we are creating with this weekly opportunity.
